Justin Bateh is an award-winning educator with many years of experience in business, education, and consulting roles.

As a tenured faculty member at Florida State College at Jacksonville, he has taught courses on such diverse business subjects as operations, supply chain, applied statistics, management, decision making, business analytics, quality, and more.

He has been called on to give presentations at prestigious educational conferences and seminars, and is proficient in many of today’s top learning management systems and popular statistics and analytics software platforms used in industry and education.

As the Founder and President of Paramount Strategy Firm, LLC, Justin works as a subject matter expert (SME) and consultant to universities, corporations and nonprofits in areas of curriculum development, instructional design, corporate training, e-learning, and more.

He founded, an academic tutoring and coaching program for US graduate students. He achieved annual average revenue growth of 55% and profit margins of 30-40%. Acquired by a private equity firm, the business earned a 78% overall return on investment for shareholders.

Justin spent twelve years in various managerial and executive roles at InforMED, a continuing medical education and publishing firm. In various managerial roles at InforMed, he oversaw all aspects of the company’s operations, curriculum development, accreditation efforts, and supply chain strategy to deliver healthcare and continuing medical education programs to over 800,000 physicians and allied healthcare workers nationwide.

He has authored two books, Using Statistics for Better Business Decisions and Exploring Leadership Styles and Faculty Satisfaction in Higher Education. As a researcher, he has had numerous papers published in peer-reviewed scholarly journals on management and business. Other scholars have cited his work hundreds of times, and print and broadcast media often seek out Justin for expert interviews on a range of business and economic topics.

Justin completed undergraduate studies at the University of North Florida. He also received an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, an MS in operations management from University of Arkansas, a doctorate in business administration (DBA) from Walden University, and a second doctorate (Ph.D.) in operations management from University of Sunderland. He completed a post-graduate specialization in applied statistics from Penn State University, and is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
